By using our website, requesting a quote, becoming a customer, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms. ## 2. Our Services
Alba Energy provides solar and battery system sales, installation, and post-installation service and support. Specific installation projects are governed by a separate written agreement/contract between Alba Energy and the customer; these Terms cover use of our website and our general communications and do not replace or override any signed installation or service contract, which controls in the event of a conflict.
## 3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number to Alba Energy or opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, to receive service updates, appointment reminders, or to communicate with our service team), the following applies:
